INFORMATION ON KARTU ASIK
The Terms & Conditions of Kartu Asik (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the SIM card and services issued by Telin Hong Kong Limited.
“SIM Card” means the prepaid card provided by Telin Hong Kong.
“Services” includes voice calls, SMS, data, roaming, and value-added services.
“User” means an individual registered in accordance with the OFCA real-name registration program.
“Balance” means the prepaid credit available for use.
“Top-up” means recharging the balance through official channels.

General Terms
The SIM Card is intended for Indonesian users in Hong Kong, with usage supported in both Hong Kong and Indonesia. Rates for calls, SMS, data, and other services are subject to change without prior notice, but the latest information is always published on the official website. The SIM Card remains the property of Telin HK, and the user is only granted the right of use.
Top-up & Credit
Users can top-up via physical vouchers that can be purchased at official outlets or resellers, or digitally through the MyGraPARI Hong Kong application which supports payment channels such as 7-Eleven, Circle-K, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Expired credit, vouchers, or SIM cards are non-refundable. Lost SIM cards can be replaced by presenting identity verification, and a replacement fee will apply. Illegal usage will result in service termination without a refund. Unused balance will be carried forward after a top-up, but if the SIM card expires, the balance will also be forfeited.
SIM Card Validity Period
The SIM Card is initially valid for sixty (60) days after activation, and users must top-up within this period to continue services. Each top-up of at least HKD 20 will extend the validity period, up to a maximum of one year ($20 for 30 days; $50 for 75 days; $100 for 90 days). If the SIM card is not topped up or used for six (6) months, it will expire. A grace period of thirty (30) days applies after expiration, during which the number is retained but cannot receive calls or SMS; after the grace period ends, the number will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated. If the balance reaches zero (0), the SIM card enters a suspended status, where internet services can still be used but SMS and call services are unavailable. An administration fee of HKD 2.5 will be deducted every month.
Data Services
Unlimited data packages provide full speed up to 42 Mbps until the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) quota is reached, after which the speed will be throttled. Quota-based packages provide full speed until the quota is exhausted, after which the service stops until a new package is purchased. Packages will auto-renew unless deactivated, and only one local package can be active at a time. Actual speed depends on location, device capabilities, signal strength, and network conditions. Excessive use or abuse, such as tethering for commercial purposes or activities that disrupt network stability, is strictly prohibited.
Roaming Services
Roaming services are available for various destinations and can be purchased simultaneously with other packages. Roaming must be activated before leaving Hong Kong, with the Access Point Name (APN) set to “Telkom” and data roaming enabled. Packages do not auto-renew, and speeds depend on the roaming partner's network, which may vary in each country. Refunds are not provided for user errors, such as incorrect APN settings.
Real-Name Registration
In accordance with the Telecommunications (Registration of SIM Cards) Regulation (Cap. 106Z) effective since September 1, 2021, all prepaid SIM cards must be registered under the user's real identity. Registration requires a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or other accepted identity documents. The SIM Card cannot be activated before registration is complete. Registration can be done online via https://regtelinhk.kartuas2in1.com/en (mobile browser only), or in person through Telin HK staff at retail stores and authorized promoters. OFCA may require the suspension or termination of services if the user fails to comply with registration requirements.
Value-Added Services (VAS)
Users can purchase VAS, such as special features, bundles, or promotions, via USSD code or the MyGraPARI Hong Kong application. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and refunds are not processed for successful transactions if the error originates from the user.
Google Direct Carrier Billing (DCB)
Users can purchase digital content from Google Play using their prepaid balance via DCB, provided the SIM card is active with sufficient balance and real-name registration has been successfully completed. Purchases will directly deduct the balance, refunds follow Google Play's policies, and Telin Hong Kong does not provide refunds for successful transactions. The availability of products or services depends on the Google Play system and the Telin Hong Kong network, and spending limits may apply. Telin Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate DCB access in cases of fraud, abuse, or regulatory requirements.
Service Availability & Liability
Services may be temporarily disrupted due to scheduled system maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen network issues. Telin Hong Kong is not liable for disruptions beyond its control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, third-party failures, or device incompatibility.
User Responsibilities
Users must maintain the security of the SIM card. Any form of misuse, unauthorized access, or loss caused by negligence (including but not limited to sharing the SIM card or device) is entirely the User's responsibility. Prohibited activities on this network include tethering for commercial purposes, spamming, hosting, as well as the illegal downloading and distribution of copyrighted materials.
Refunds & Compensation
Refunds or compensation are only possible in verified cases of billing errors or service failures directly caused by Telin Hong Kong. Under no circumstances can promotional credits, bonuses, or expired balances be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Suspension & Termination
Users may request termination of the Services by providing prior notice to Telin HK. Once the service is terminated, any remaining balance, active packages, or rewards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Telin HK reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to violations of these terms, regulatory enforcement by OFCA (such as for fraudulent use or abuse), or non-payment of administration fees.
Company Rights
Telin Hong Kong reserves the right to modify or cancel terms at any time without prior notice. Although minor changes may be updated directly on our website, Users will be notified of major changes via SMS or app notifications. Information published on the official website forms a part of these Terms & Conditions.
